Arabesque Farms and Bakery began with a simple conviction: that the best bread starts with the soil. We source locally grown grains, wild-cultured starters, and ingredients from surrounding Inland Northwest farms whenever the season allows.
Our bakers arrive before dawn so every loaf, croissant, and tart reaches its peak by the time you walk through the door. There are no shortcuts here — just time, technique, and respect for the craft.
